How Our Crushing Process Works:

Mobile Aggregate Washing to Maximize Product Value

In addition to crushing, Blue Peak Aggregates provides a fully portable washing facility that upgrades material quality directly at your quarry. Our mobile wash plant removes clay, sediment, and excess fines, producing cleaner, higher-value aggregates suitable for commercial and specialty applications.

Multiple sizes of aggregate can be washed, from fine sands to decorative rock.
Clean water is pumped into the system, washing the material as it progresses through each stage of the facility.
Plungers and screw mechanisms separate material into specific sizes using customized screening.
